Privacy

How this website handles your information.

A plain-language description of the information collected through the Lattice-Logos website and how it is used.

This policy applies to the public Lattice-Logos website and its contact or demo-request form. It does not describe the data practices of a future customer deployment, which would require separate product and contractual terms.

Information you provide

When you submit the contact form, you provide information directly to Lattice-Logos.

  • Name and organization
  • Work email and optional role
  • Country or region and industry
  • The business workflow or scenario you describe
  • Your consent to be contacted about the inquiry

How the information is used

The submitted information is used only for the website inquiry and related communication.

  • Respond to your question or demo request
  • Understand the workflow and product context you want to discuss
  • Arrange follow-up communication
  • Protect the form and website against spam, abuse, and security threats

Form delivery and service providers

The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile for anti-spam verification and Cloudflare email delivery to send the inquiry to a Gmail destination. The application does not write the submission to its own database. The resulting email is stored by the relevant email systems until it is deleted under normal mailbox management.

If secure form submission is unavailable, the website may open your own email application with the form content prefilled. In that case, your email provider handles the message you choose to send.

International processing

Cloudflare and Google may process technical or message data in locations outside your country or region according to their own infrastructure and privacy terms. Do not submit confidential credentials, regulated records, or sensitive personal information through the public form.

Retention and your choices

Inquiry emails are kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain necessary business records, prevent abuse, or meet applicable obligations. You may ask to access, correct, or delete information submitted through the form. A request may be limited where retention is necessary for security, legal, or record-integrity reasons.

Security and changes

Reasonable technical controls are used to protect the form, but no internet transmission or email system can be guaranteed completely secure. This notice may be updated as the website, service providers, or product stage changes. The effective date will be revised when material changes are published.

This page describes current website practices and is not a substitute for jurisdiction-specific legal advice. Product deployments will require separate privacy and data-processing terms.
